The property was super clean, elevators were super fast, and the room was beautiful and it was very convenient that it was close to the main lobby! Our party of 3 was only here for the weekend and we felt that the room, especially the bathroom, was very spacious for all of us! It seems like everything that was provided by the host was very well thought out of consideration and she was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

The appartment was a gem, and owner Patricia was very quick to answer issues we had at checking, and kept in touch through out the stay. The only negative part is the hotel staff, they really need a lesson on hospitality, but if you dont need to interact with them, that solves that issue! But again, the appartment was such a great find and location location location! If we ever come to Vegas again, will definately book this one again! Hotel staff was rude, however you dont really need to deal with them much.

All was perfect in the room. It felt so comfortable and lovely. We called twice for service. Once to have the safe fixed. The gentleman was there within 10 minutes to reset it. Then we ran out of Kcups for the next morning and the owner delivered them to us that evening. Wonderful service and so appreciated!

I loved everything about this rental , just a jump, skip, and hop away from great restaurants, shopping, and the monorail. The place is so comfy and quiet and best of all no smoking. Loved every moment and my son forgot his AirPods, the host was so nice and held them for me till I could go pick them up. Definitely coming back!!! There was nothing to dislike. ♥️

Lovely facilities and attentive staff. Although we did not utilize it, it's incredible that free on site parking is offered. Loved the balcony with great night views, the great kitchen set up and supplies, and the VERY comfortable bed. Was completely unaware that the Suite was privately owned. Thought it was simply a suite at the Platinum Hotel. Booking.com should have made that abundantly clear on the website. Suite owners were not timely in responding to an email request (only method accepted for communication with owner!) to check in early, requiring us to wait 4 hours to get in our room despite it being clean and available. Only room complaint: we did not like that the master bedroom door locked automatically upon closing, very inconvenient.
